Trampoline Fitness Classes – High Intensity, Low Impact

We provide 60 minutes of high intensity trampoline exercises lead by an expert instructor. Our classes cater to bouncers of all levels, ranging from beginner to pro. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your fitness or just have fun, our classes will have you jumping for joy in no time!
Who teaches the trampoline fitness classes?
All our instructors are vastly experienced in the discipline of bounce and strive to provide a friendly atmosphere that all participants will enjoy. We make sure the speed of all our classes are suitable for people of all ages. If you’ve never given it a go – now’s your chance!
What should I wear?
To get the optimal enjoyment out of your trampoline fitness class, we advise you avoid loose fitting clothing and promote sports clothing. We also require you wear our special Orbital bounce socks for maximum safety, don’t worry – you can keep them to use again and again!
